1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoTransport AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AutoTransport AI is a logistics technology platform that connects vehicle shippers with FMCSA-licensed motor carriers. AutoTransport AI is not a motor carrier and does not physically transport vehicles.

2. Service Description

AutoTransport AI provides: instant auto transport quotes based on real-time market data, AI-powered carrier matching from a network of vetted, FMCSA-licensed carriers, real-time GPS shipment tracking, and secure payment processing. The actual transportation of your vehicle is performed by independent motor carriers, each of which maintains their own USDOT authority, insurance, and safety records.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes are all-inclusive with no hidden fees. Payment structure: no upfront payment — $0 is due at booking; your card is charged the full order total only once your vehicle is physically picked up by the assigned carrier. Nothing is due at delivery. If no carrier ever picks up your vehicle, you are never charged.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time before your vehicle is picked up at no charge — because no charge is made until pickup, there is nothing to refund. Once your vehicle has been physically picked up by the assigned carrier and the flat $299 platform fee has been captured, cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact support for cancellation requests.

5. Carrier Insurance & Liability

All carriers on the AutoTransport AI platform are required to maintain FMCSA-mandated cargo insurance (minimum $750,000 per occurrence). AutoTransport AI verifies carrier insurance and authority status through Highway, the industry's leading carrier identity platform. Optional Shipper's Interest Transit Insurance is available for $99 per vehicle through our insurance partner.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoTransport AI acts as a technology platform connecting shippers with carriers. While we vet carriers for insurance, authority, and safety compliance, the carrier is responsible for the physical transport of your vehicle. AutoTransport AI's liability is limited to the fees paid to the Platform. Claims for vehicle damage during transport should be directed to the assigned carrier's insurance.
