Your assigned driver calls or texts 24 hours before pickup to confirm. If your street can't accommodate a 75-foot car hauler (tight cul-de-sac, low trees, HOA restrictions), you'll meet them at a nearby wide-access spot — usually a shopping center parking lot within a mile.
